DEARBORN, United States — At 23 years old, Olivia Rodrigo’s Fund 4 Good has already raised and donated more than $2 million worldwide. Rodrigo is a well-known American singer-songwriter and actress. While she rose to fame through her music and acting work, Rodrigo has also built a significant philanthropic record. This piece focuses on Fund 4 Good, which supports women’s health and education, along with donations tied to her GUTS album and tour proceeds. It also covers her concert in the Philippines, where she donated 100% of proceeds to Jhpiego, an organization that provides health care for women and families, as well as her participation in the collaborative charity album HELP(2), which raises funds and awareness for children living in conflict zones, including Gaza, Yemen, Sudan and Ukraine.
More Than a Singer
Upon announcing a world tour for her album GUTS, Rodrigo founded and launched Fund 4 Good. The global initiative aims to build a better future for women and girls through education, health care and the prevention of gender-based violence. Fund 4 Good provides a platform of support and community. Throughout the tour, Rodrigo partnered with local organizations working on similar causes, including Women’s Shelters Canada, Women Against Violence Europe and Jhpiego.
Rodrigo has donated well over $2 million globally through Fund 4 Good. These donations have supported education and health care initiatives for women, and have strengthened the financial stability of Women’s Shelters Canada, assisting around 600 emergency shelters that serve women and children facing domestic violence. Overall, Fund 4 Good encapsulates Olivia Rodrigo’s philanthropy: supporting women’s health, education and safety on a global scale.
A Silver Star Show
Being part Filipino, Rodrigo wanted her first concert in the Philippines to be special. By partnering with American Express, she made the concert a Silver Star show, offering tickets for under $30 (around 1,800 Philippine pesos), giving low-income individuals a chance to attend who otherwise would not have had the opportunity. Rodrigo also donated all proceeds, including tickets and merchandise, to Jhpiego through her Fund 4 Good.
Jhpiego is a charity that works to combat conditions including HIV, malaria, cervical cancer and complications related to pregnancy and childbirth across the Philippines, reaching more than 1 billion people worldwide across more than 40 countries. Rodrigo also visited Jhpiego’s office to discuss the organization’s maternal and newborn health work, which has helped the organization reach more than 100,000 health care providers and contributed to a more than 60% decrease in newborn mortality. The Manila concert marked Olivia Rodrigo’s first visit to the Philippines and stood as a clear demonstration of her philanthropy.
The HELP(2) Album
Art and the humanities have the ability to shape the world through the emotion they inspire in their audience. War Child Records uses music to improve the lives of children affected by conflict. The organization has reached more than 2 million individuals across about 20 countries, delivering essential aid, mental health support and education. One example is its album HELP(2). In November 2025, a number of artists, including Rodrigo, participated to help children affected by war. The album supports and advocates for children’s rights as they navigate conflict on a global scale.
With every purchase of HELP(2), proceeds go toward helping children impacted by war in Yemen, Gaza, Ukraine and Sudan, supporting emergency humanitarian aid, health care, food and psychological support for families and vulnerable children in these areas. This collaborative album is one example of Rodrigo’s philanthropy.
Looking Ahead
“Sour,” “Guts” and “Now You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love” make up the main albums of Rodrigo’s discography. Yet her talent extends beyond performing as a singer and actress. Olivia Rodrigo’s philanthropy centers on helping those in need, particularly children, while advocating for women’s education and health care. She recently organized a music festival featuring a women-only lineup. Her most recent album also made her the second female artist to surpass 80 million streams for a single on Spotify in a day.
