Humans of New York (HONY) was started by Brandon Stanton in 2010. It was originally intended to be a catalogue of New York’s inhabitants, but Brandon’s storytelling ability has transcended the Big Apple, and has caught the eye of peace keeping organizations like the U.N. Brandon has recently been commissioned to do a U.N. tour in ten different countries to raise awareness for the U.N. Millennium Goals.
